Questions about online ticket sales
Reserving a time slot is necessary to spread the audience from 1 December 2022. In this way, the TextielMuseum can guarantee a pleasant and safe visit. It is possible to reserve a time slot from 1 November 2022 and can only be done online via the ticket shop of the museum.
The time slot that is linked to your e-ticket gives you access to the temporary exhibition ‘Royal embroidery’. In addition, the e-ticket offers access to all other parts of the museum, including the TextielLab, ‘Secrets of makers #2’, ‘Damast design’ and the Woollen Blanket Factory. Your timeslot will be checked again at the entrance of the ‘Royal embroidery’ exhibition space. So be on time!
Unfortunately, this is not possible. As of 1 November 2022, all entrance tickets to the TextielMuseum are only available online and in time slots. By reserving a time slot online via the ticket shop, you assure yourself of access to the TextielMuseum. For the museum, using time slots makes it possible to spread visitor numbers and guarantee visitors a pleasant visit.
